ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Iman Shamim and I am a sophomore at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign majoring in Information Sciences with a minor in MCB. I am also a pre-dental student and hope to become a dentist some day! I am from Morton Grove, IL which is a suburb near Chicago.

Some of my interests include running, baking, and taking long walks when the weather allows it (although its very difficult to do that in IL). I would say that being outside even for a simple walk during this pandemic has become one of my favorite things to do. I am excited for this semester and I hope to learn a lot of new things!
